三浦市飲食店鮪のわら焼き屋作庭工事 Tuna restaurant entrance garden

三浦市に新しくオープンする鮪料理や『鮪のわら焼き屋』様の入り口と店内床部分の設計の設計施工をさせていただきました。

以下作業前になります。

We designed and constructed the entrance and interior flooring for a new tuna restaurant, “Tuna Straw Grill Shop,” which is opening in Miura City.

Below is the state before work began.

この様に１５cm角の小さいタイル張りがしてありました。

このままでも問題はありませんが、店内との雰囲気のギャップが強いのと、第一印象・看板にもなりうる入り口部分なのでお店のブランドイメージに沿ったものに変える様に計画を進めました。外部分の面積はおよそ一坪です。

The floor was laid with small tiles measuring 15cm square like this.

There is nothing wrong with leaving it as it is, but there is a big contrast with the atmosphere inside the store, and since it is the entrance that could make a first impression and serve as a signboard, we decided to proceed with the design plan to change it to something that is in line with the store’s brand image.

能動的に手書きで納まりを考えながらデザインしていきます。

アナログですが私の場合はこれが一番デザインに集中できます。パソコンで行うと試行回数が少ないので無駄な要素が残ってしまい洗練したデザインにしにくいです。

I actively design by hand, thinking about how it will fit together.

It’s an analog method, but for me, this is the best way to concentrate on the design. If I do it on a computer, there are fewer attempts, so unnecessary elements remain and it’s difficult to create a refined design.

今回はオーナーさんも一緒にお庭作りに参加してくださるそうなので一緒に施工しました。

誰でも楽しみながら作業ができる内容ですので、一緒に施工してみると両者にとって良い思い出になります。

お庭造りは最高のエンタメです。作るのも愉しいし、永い年月をかけて育んでいくのも味わい深いです。

This time, the owner was also willing to help with the garden construction, so we worked together.

Anyone can enjoy the work, so working together will be a good memory for both parties.

Garden create is the best entertainment. It’s fun to create, and it’s also enjoyable to watch it grow over the years.

モダンなデザインをシビ鏝という昔ながらの道具で施工します。

シンプルですがとても手間のかかるお仕事でした。

The modern design was applied using an old-fashioned tool called a “Shibi”

It was a simple but very time-consuming job.

発注しておいたつくばいの水鉢を受け取りに茨城県にある灯籠屋さんにも一緒にいきました。

古代型と呼ばれる種類の灯籠を扱っている灯籠屋さんです。

We also went together to a lantern shop in Ibaraki prefecture to pick up the tsukubai water basin we had ordered.

This lantern shop deals in what are known as ancient-style lanterns.

江戸初期に活躍した小堀遠州さんという作庭家が用いた二重升という水鉢を坪庭向けに小さくし、脚を付けてあります。

使用石材は溶岩レンガに合うように秋田県から産出される鳥海石という石材で作ったとても贅沢な水鉢です。

This water basin is a double-layered square water basin (Nijyumasu) used by Kobori Enshu, a landscape gardener active in the early Edo period, but it has been made smaller and added legs for use in a small garden.

The stone used is a very luxurious water basin made from Chokai stone, a stone produced in Akita Prefecture, to match the lava bricks.
